Field Surveyor

Job Description

Hourly wage and benefits based on experience.

This position will be working under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Duties will include surveying and staking oil and gas wells, engineered pads and roads, pipelines, compressor sites, other well facilities, powerline construction, boundary lines, ALTA surveys, drone assistance and large topographical surveys. Responsible for providing data collection for engineering design using GPS equipment and/or a total station, downloading data using Trimble Navigation software(for GPS), transferring data to AutoCad Civil 3D and any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience

48 months

Skills

Computer skills are required. The applicant must have experience with AutoCAD. Experience with Trimble Business Center and Trimble GPS equipment is preferred.
